Apple of the Week!
McIntosh
Developed in the 1820’s by John McIntosh in St. Lawrence Valley, Canada, this sweet, tangy, and aromatic apple is a fall favorite. McIntosh apples are available from the beginning of September and into October, so make sure to get them while you can! It’s best uses are cooking, applesauce, or just plain snacking. McIntosh is the parent to some of your other favorite apples such a Cortland, Jonamac, Empire, and Macoun.

This means some weeks that half and full share compositions might not be identical and we will make up where applicable.
